Each studio can be rented for minimum seven nights.

Included in all our rates:

  • Weekly cleaning
  • Bath linens changed once a week
  • Bed linens changed every two weeks
  • Gas, water, and electricity
  • Wireless internet
  • Flat screen TV
  • Insurance

Overview of rates

Prices vary depending on the length of your stay and do not include 6% VAT and € 2,5 tourist tax per person per day :

Example

If you stay for 2 months and a half, you will pay 52 euro per night the first month, 50 euro per night for the second month and 48 euro per night for the last half month. If you stay longer than 3 months, the price from the fourth month is 1250 euros for 1 person.

Food / laundry

The aparthotel offers no breakfast. Establishments offering breakfast are conveniently located nearby, or you can, of course, make breakfast in your studio with kitchen.

For your laundry you can use one of the laundromats in the neighborhood.

Cancellation policy

  • in case of cancellation up to 2 months before arrival date: full refund of the down paymen
  • in case of cancellation between 2 and 1 month before date of arrival: 50% of the deposit
  • in case of cancellation less then 1 month before date of arrival: penalty = 100% of the deposit
